New on socianet.co.uk: industry playbooks, a help centre and this newsroom

October 08, 2026

This week we added four things to socianet.co.uk. None of them asks you to sign up. They are there so that a sales team can work out, on its own time, whether its leads are slipping and what to do about it.

Playbooks for 14 industries and 5 roles

Each playbook shows how we set Socianet up for that kind of team: the pipeline stages, the follow-up timetable and the report the manager sees, on sample deals. There are pages for 14 industries, from estate agents and clinics to freight forwarders and training providers, and for 5 roles, from the founder to the rep. The full product tour is at socianet.co.uk/features.

A help centre

The help centre has 32 short guides on using Socianet: importing a spreadsheet, moving deals, answering WhatsApp as a team, follow-up timetables, the AI agent and the manager's dashboard. Type a question in your own words and the answer comes from the guides.

A resources hub

The resources hub puts everything in one place: guides by topic, free templates, case studies, the playbooks and a glossary of sales and CRM terms in plain English.

This newsroom

The newsroom covers what changed in sales tech each week and what it means for a team of 3 to 50: WhatsApp and messaging, AI, CRM software, the rules, and markets in the UK, Nigeria, Kenya and the UAE. A round-up every Monday, one story explained every Thursday, and every fact linked to its source.
