Does it take donations or claim Gift Aid?
No. Keep your donation platform. We can link to it from your messages and forms.
Where do pastoral and safeguarding notes go?
Not in Socianet. Keep them in the secure systems your safeguarding policy names. Socianet holds contact details, sign-ups and follow-ups.
What does it cost?
Core is £197 a month, Growth £347 and Managed £497, each with unlimited seats. No VAT is added.
How long does setup take?
Seven days from kickoff. We import your data, connect your channels and train the team.
Can we cancel?
Core and Growth are month to month with 30 days' notice. Managed has a three-month minimum.
